Incorrect style for sound selection dropbox when frontend notifications are disabled

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open User settings=>Profile page
      • Select Frontend notifications tab
      • Check sound selection dropboxes

      Result: Sound dropboxes are without disabled style.

      The issue is actual for all themes.

      Expected: drpoboxes should be with disabled style as it is on release/6.0 and 6.4.
      e.g.

      disabled style="width: 140px;"
