I am experiencing an issue where I receive emails stating that a problem has been resolved, even though I have disabled all actions except the trigger actions I have specifically defined. These emails appear to be generated from a source for which I have not set any trigger actions.
Here are the steps I have taken so far:
- Verified that all unnecessary actions are disabled.
- Confirmed that no trigger actions were defined for the source generating these emails.
- Reviewed the media settings and user configurations to ensure no duplicate or unexpected entries.
Despite these measures, the issue persists. I would appreciate it if you could guide me in identifying and resolving the source of these unauthorized emails.
