Receiving "Issue Resolved" Emails Despite Actions Being Disabled

      I am experiencing an issue where I receive emails stating that a problem has been resolved, even though I have disabled all actions except the trigger actions I have specifically defined. These emails appear to be generated from a source for which I have not set any trigger actions.

      Here are the steps I have taken so far:

      1. Verified that all unnecessary actions are disabled.
      2. Confirmed that no trigger actions were defined for the source generating these emails.
      3. Reviewed the media settings and user configurations to ensure no duplicate or unexpected entries.

      Despite these measures, the issue persists. I would appreciate it if you could guide me in identifying and resolving the source of these unauthorized emails.
