Steps to reproduce:

1. Reduce item test timeout to some small value, e.g. 1s
2. Open item test form and set it the way it takes longer to execute - e.g. configure test of net.tcp.service from a remote proxy
3. Press Get value

Result:
Error: "Cannot read the response, check connection with the Zabbix server "localhost"."

This message is not entirely wrong, but very confusing since it suggests there is no connection between the frontend and the server. It makes the user to look in the wrong direction to fix the problem.

Expected:
Error: "Response timed out" or similar.
