SNMP Duplicate sessions problem and auth parameter error

Current problem

Why it happened. i was running it on master (7.2) but encountered a problem starting it
Went to older version 6.0 - and problem does not exist in this version. Decided to go back to master.
and now its responding with error for Duplicate Reg
