Steps to reproduce:
- Recieve Problem HTML e-mail
- Receive Resolve HTML e-mail
Result:
Emails are not threaded in MS Outlook Version 16.92
Expected:
Threading of the related emails.
Suggestion / Idea
Only "In-Reply-To" header is set in e-mail source. I think "References" is required to know which e-mail is being replied to.
