Precondition:
For better comparing you can use import file => zbx_25849.yaml that contains graph with left and right Y axis side.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create graph widget with two data sets for comparing =>
  -) First Data set: host patterns => aa; item patterns => static 1; Y-axis => Left
  -) Second Data set: host patterns => aa; item patterns => static 1; Y-axis => Right e.g.
  
• Check graph preview
• Save widget
• Create classic graph widget with source => graph and graph from import file
• Save widget and dashboard
• Check svg graph widget view and compare with classic graph

Result: svg graph first value doesn't appear for right axis.
