you use the copy function from a host and specify a template group that has no templates as the target,
no warning is displayed that this is empty. It simply reports that it was successful.

1. Create an empty template group
2. Try to copy item/trigger/graph from host/template to this template group
3. Operation is successful

Expected result:
Operation fails with error message.
