Steps to reproduce:

1. create a database for version 6.0 and upgrade it to version 7.0
2. open the frontend and try to clone the "Kubernetes Kubelet by HTTP" template

Result:

Invalid parameter "/1/enabled_lifetime_type": value must be 2. 

Expected:
Expect new template to be created as a clone of the original.
