Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an item
2. Create a trigger which fires on every value.
   • Set "PROBLEM event generation mode"=Multiple.
   • Add ITEM.VALUE macro to Menu entry URL field.
3. Send value "One" to the item: problem "One" is created.
4. Send value "Two" to the item: problem "Two" is created.
5. On problem "One" contextual menu click Trigger URL menu entry

Result:

• The trigger URL for problem "One" contains the value "Two".

Expected:

• The trigger URL for problem "One" contains the value "One".
• According to documentation: "you can use the ITEM.VALUE macro, which resolves to the value at the moment the trigger fires"
