Steps to reproduce:
Precondition: some media type should be enabled

1. Configure LDAP / SAML JIT provisioning - use group mapping -> Role: Super Admin, Groups: Zabbix administrators, Internal
2. Log in as provisioned user
3. Add media type
4. Try to remove just added media type

Result:
Not possible to remove media type, that is added by user, as the Remove button is disabled.

Expected:
The remove button should be disabled only for the media, that was added during provisioning via media mapping. User should be able to remove media that was not created during provisioning.
