The traps are appearing in the Item "Zabbix trapper". Need a solution for appearing the problems and Dashboard

      Dear team,
      I can able to see the traps are appearing in the Item present in the particular product but its not appearing in the problems and as well as dashboard. Could you please support to provide the steps to achieve the same.
