Steps to reproduce:

1. Open -> Data collection -> Host -> Triggers (also trigger prototypes)
2. Select any trigger
3. Click mass update
4. Close mass update pop-up
5. Click on any trigger's name to open edit form

Result:
Any changes made in the current form will be lost appears.
Note: if mass update was closed several times - several "changes lost" pop-ups will be appearing.
