Cannot use env variables in Kafka connector

      In case of env variables in the configuration file:

      Connector.LogLevel=${ZBX_CONNECTOR_LOGLEVEL}

      the connector crashes with the following error:

      kafka-connector [1]: ERROR: failed to load the configuration: Cannot assign configuration: invalid parameter Connector.LogLevel at line 57: strconv.ParseInt: parsing "${ZBX_CONNECTOR_LOGLEVEL}": invalid syntax
