Steps to reproduce:

1. Import host with item and graph => zbx_26247.yaml
2. Start the server and collect some data
3. Create Dashboard with graph (classic) widget. Use graph from imported host
4. Save widget and dashboard
5. Check Y axis min/max value

Result: Graph Y axis Min or Max value is shown without rounding.
