Steps to reproduce:

1. Zabbix version 7.0.6. Install required components to enable "scheduled reports" feature following https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/7.0/en/manual/appendix/install/web_service?hl=scheduled%2Creports
2. Set new scheduled report for any available dashboard and select exact dates:

Result:
Whenever i set exact date in the "scheduled reports" report (at least weekly, monthly cycle), report generation is not triggered at all (no update in /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.log) Without exact dates at least weekly cycle works...
Expected:
All configuration options under the "scheduled report" work as expected. Reports generation is being triggered properly at a given date & time. Documentation should be updated accordingly, if required.
