In the script configuration form, users can resize large fields (such as the Commands or script description). However, there is no restriction on the maximum size, which allows the user to expand the field beyond the form boundaries. When this happens, the resize handle (corner drag control) disappears, and the user loses the ability to adjust the width or height of the field back to a usable size. 

This behavior is also observed in other modal forms, such as host, item, trigger, etc.

Steps to reproduce & actual result:

1. Navigate to Administration → Scripts.
2. Open an existing script or create a new one.
3. Click and drag the corner of a large text field (e.g., the commands or description) to resize it.
4. Expand the field beyond the form's visible area.

The user should not be able to stretch fields beyond the configuration forms.
