SNMP agent is showing green, but data is not coming

      Hi team,

       

      We are facing issue with SNMP device where SNMP agent is showing green, however data is not coming for any items and while checking the item status getting below error.

       

      Error : zbx_snmp_open_session() failed

       

      While testing data using item getting error : Unsupported privacy protocol [0]
