Newly added hosts monitored by proxy does not come online until proxy is restarted

      This is my first case, so hopefully I registered it correctly...

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Zabbix 7.0.11 Server
      2. Zabbix 7.0.11 Proxy.
      3. Enroll new zabbix agent monitored by proxy

      Result:
      New host has gray status in Zabbix GUI until proxy receives new config, then the host goes straight to red status with "[111] Connection refused"
      Expected:

      New host should go online when zabbix proxy gets updated config.

       

      A restart of zabbix-proxy resolves the issue, but it should not be necessary with a restart?
