Precondition:

• email media type should be enabled
• Configure LDAP or SAML JIT provisioning (should contain custom attribute)

Steps to reproduce:

• Log in as provisioned user
• Open User Settings => Notifications::Media
• Open edit form for email media type
• Check 'Send to' input field

Result: Input field is enabled and entry can be removed.

Expected: Field should be disabled with attribute readonly. It works on release 7.0 and 7.2 e.g.
