Проблема заключается в следующем: Есть хост который мониторится по snmp через заббикс прокси. Если на хост навесить темплейт для snmp трапов, то в логах заббикс сервера можно увидеть сообщения unmatched trap received from "ip address". Если убрать с хоста мониторинг через заббикс прокси, сначала повесить темплейт для snmp трапов, а после этого  сделать мониторинг через заббикс прокси, то заббикс сервер начинает видеть все приходящие трапы связанные с данным хостом.
