This isuue has been occurring since the Zabbix server was upgraded from version 5.0 to version 7.0.
This did not happen when I was using 5.0.

The Zabbix agent has not been updated.
The Zabbix agent version is 4.4.

The item uses preprocessing.
Event correlation not use.

The trigger will problem with "monitor status down" and recover with "monitor status up".
"PROBLEM event generation mode" is "single".

The log will be output as follows:

monitor status down
monitor status down
monitor status up
monitor status up

The debug log loading order was similar.
The same is true for "JSON before sending" in the debug log.
The same applies to the display order of "latest data" in the web interface.

However, the events "Problem → Recovery → Problem" occurred.
