Steps to reproduce:

• Open Host form
• Select Macros tab
• Switch "Host macros" and "Inherited and host macros" radio buttons as fast as possible. You can reproduce this case by holding Right arrow keyboard key or using slow network connection
  
• Check macros tab entries

Result: "Inherited and host macros" are shown with "Host macros" in one tab. See video attachment =>

Affected places:

• Host macros tab
• Template macros tab
• Host prototypes macros tab
