https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/7.4/rhel/ - Observe no packages for RHEL10 (although I assume that for zabbix itself, the centos repo potentially would work.
Red Hat 10 officially reached GA on May 20th 2025, and repositories became available one week prior on May 13th.
