Steps to reproduce:
1) Create new map.
2) Add Host element.
3) Set Problem, Maintenance and Disabled icons.
4) Save the map.

Result: Map saved. Has element. But Problem, Maintenance and Disabled icons are "Default".
Expected: Problem, Maintenance and Disabled icons are same as configured.
