Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Dashboards
2. Edit existing dashboard
3. Click Add widget
4. Select Pie chart widget
5. Add new data set -> Item list
6. Click add item
7. Select any existing item, add
8. Click on the items name on the list

Result:
Nothing happens on the click, console error is displayed:

Uncaught ReferenceError: widget_svggraph_form is not defined
