Customer reports that after upgrading from 5.0 to 7.0 their global user macros are no longer being resolved inside of regsub functions.

Example:

{{#COS}.regsub([0-1],{$STRING_BE})}

Previously, in Item prototypes this worked as expected, and resolved the macro.

This change was not mentioned anywhere, so I am assuming this is a bug.
