Hi,

I have some feedback about MSSQL template. Changes to make it much more usable out of the box. Things I had to change after few months of use.

1. In Trigger "MSSQL: Number of index and table scans exceeds index searches in the last 15m" make value configurable with macro.

2. In graph "MSSQL Locks" put total locks value on the right Y. Value is always much larger then the rest so it makes graph unreadable for other values.

3. Same for index searches value on "MSSQL Access Methods" graph.

4. Something is wrong with "MSSQL: Too many phisical reads occuring" trigger. It's triggered all time for me and it wont stop even when I increase macro value to 100%

5. Add search to scan ratio graph. You already have the item.
