Precondition:

• Create users with admin, user and guest user role if needed.
• Use unencrypted connection between server and frontend

Steps to reproduce:

• Run server
• Login as user with admin role
• Check "Global view" dashboard

Note: the same issue appears for user and guest role

Result: users with admin, user or guest role and with default unencrypted connection see "Zabbix server is running" status "No" and observe widget "You do not have permission to perform this operation." error and page "Zabbix server is not running: the information displayed may not be current." warning message.

Expected: No error messages, "Zabbix server is running" value should be "Yes".
