Steps to reproduce:

1. Login via SAML with user don't have access to Zabbix.
2. Get error "Incorrect user name or password or account is temporarily blocked."
3. Click "Login" and try to login again via SAML.
4. Get error: "Incorrect user name or password or account is temporarily blocked." again.

Result:
Login circuit with SAML provider without option to logout from SAML session. In this case only reopening browser helps to kill session on SAML side.
Expected:
Use "Sign out" from SAML when clicking "Login" button or add "Relocgin" button for this error when used SAML.
