Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable ODBC pollers (StartODBCPollers=0)
2. Restart Server/Proxy

Result:
Server/Proxy log filling with errors: cannot extract value from json by path "$.data.process['odbc poller'].busy.avg": no data matches the specified path
Expected:
Error handled like with all other optional processes.
