Steps to reproduce:

1. Postgres + TimescaleDB should be installed. (Postgres 17 + TS_DB 2.17.2 was used)
2. Administration=> Housekeeping=>
   Enable compression= ON
3. Gather some data. 
4. Data Collection=> Hosts=> Host=> Items
5. Select any item and try to perform -Clear History and Trends

Result:
Empty alert message appears.

Click OK

Only then user sees correct warning message

Expected:
No alert (Like in release\6.0) or add some text so alert would look logical

User sees zabbix warning at once
