Importing a template modifies every discovered item ids from it

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Export a template (e.g. "Linux by Zabbix agent")
      2. Edit anything in the template file, the template description for example
      3. Import the modified file

      Result:{}

      Every discovered item ids have changed, so the history data for them is lost.

      Expected:

      Item ids and history data should be kept as in 7.2 .
