Locale Language does not change Graph date format in Scheduled Reports

      I need to create a scheduled report and I need the date in DD-MM-YYYY format but it comes as YYYY-MM-DD.
      I got the front to display the desired date format by adding the variables below but they didn't work for the webservice.

      LANG: "pt_BR.UTF-8"
      LANGUAGE: "pt_BR:pt"
      LC_ALL: "pt_BR.UTF-8"
