Please document that zabbix_agent2 -R will output to stdout now

      Previously such command as

      zabbix_agent2 -R $command

      would output to stderr.

      commands that were affected : version/metrics/log_level_increase/log_level_decrease/userparameter_reload

      mby someone made scripts based on this error, now they will have to adjust them.

      Need to note this in the What's new Upgrade notes.
