Overall situation :
After the upgrade of OS to the Zabbix Proxy from SUSE 12 to SUSE 15 SP7 the Items with the Zabbix Agent and Zabbix Agent(active) type with keys web.page.* start to show the error message: "Cannot perform request: OpenSSL/3.2.3: error:0A000410:SSL routines::ssl/tls alert handshake failure"
this scenario doesn't apply to all the keys, there's host with the Agent running and Items working OK and Items with the error, depend of the port and URL
