Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Maintenance → Create Maintenance Period
2. Click “Add" button in Periods
3. Select Monthly -> “Day of week”

Result:
The form is partially cut off, action buttons are not visible or accessible.

Expected:
The full form should be visible.
