This is about agent 2 version 7.0.17

1. Configure agent 2 as active
2. Do not configure RefreshActiveChecks (default is documented to be 5 seconds)
3. Use packet capture (or some clever debugs in the agent) to observe that "active checks" request is sent every 60 seconds
4. Reconfigure the agent with RefreshActiveChecks=10
5. Use packet capture (or some clever debugs in the agent) to observe that "active checks" request is still sent every 60 seconds

Version 7.0.10 (that I happen to have at hand) works correctly.

Also Zabbix agent version 7.0.17 seems to work correctly.
