Bump "epoch" for RPM packages to override EPEL

      Currently, EPEL RPM packages have higher epoch number than Zabbix repo packages.
      It would be great to bump epoch number in packages to have higher priority than EPEL.

      Result: zabbix packages from zabbix repo will have higher priority and there will be no problems during the upgrades or installations, no additional steps.

      This implies that there will be no need for this step:
