Steps to reproduce:
- create item with key : type "simple check":
net.tcp.service[tcp,{$MSSQL.HOST},{$MSSQL.PORT}] - try to test by button "Get value" - result is error "Invalid third parameter"
- try to test by buton "Get value and test" - result Ok and correct data
