Pie chart: removing data set item doesn't check if Data set aggregation should be enabled

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open dashboard
      2. Edit/Create Pie Chart
      3. Add item with Type -> Normal
      4. Change Type -> Total. Field Field Data set aggregation becomes disabled
      5. Remove item, which has Type -> Total

      Result:
      Field Data set aggregation is still disabled


      Expected:
      Field Data set aggregation should be enabled if after removing item none of the items have Type Total
