Prior to 7.0, when using host.create to create a host to be monitored by a proxy, you simply included the proxyid parameter. However with 7.0, you're now required to pass the new monitored_by parameter along with the proxyid parameter in order to add a host to be monitored by a proxy (or proxy group). This results in previously built automations no longer functioning which would seem to make this qualify as a breaking change which it does not seem to have been documented as?
