Double notification messages

      CentOS 5.5, PHP 5.3.2, MySQL 5.0.77, Apache 2.2.14

      Steps to reproduce:

      • create 2 host groups (Linux servers, Database servers)
      • create host and put it into both groups
      • create 2 groups of users (Linux admins, DB admins)
      • create user and put it into both user groups
      • create actions:
        • if there an issue on linux server - send message to the Linux admins
        • if there an issue on database server - send message to the DB administrators

      Imagine, some issue occurss on the server. In our configuration, the person will have doubled notification because two actions will be involved. So, more groups means more notifications about just one event.
