Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a network discovery rule with at least 2 snmp checks (hostname and sysdescr for example)
2. Use hostname a uniqueness criteria
3. Configure an action to match the sysdescr, add host, apply template
4. If host has more than on ip that can be reached, zabbix will duplicate said host appending _2 or _3 depending the amount of ips for said host.

Removing the second check from the rule, fixes the issue, however this limits the amount of conditions that can be used based on results from checks.
