Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Administration -> General -> Geographical maps.
2. Select Other option in tile provider drop-down list.
3. Click on Update button without making any changes.

Actual: After attempting to save the form, the previously selected element from the list of map providers is automatically selected.

Expected: The form should remain unchanged, displaying error messages. See the video from the 7.0 release branch.

Note: observed the issue only in 7.4 release branch.
