Zabbix proxy checks for remote commands every second, however task manager on Zabbix proxy is executed every 5 seconds, it adds significant delay to what could be fast.

Expected:
Task manager is woken up when remote command task is received so it can be processed as fast as possible

Steps:
Try remote command from Zabbix frontend to Zabbix proxy or Zabbix proxy->Zabbix agent and see that it takes ~5 seconds instead of ~1 second, even though ZBXNEXT-8970 promises immediate

Try patch DEV-4439-7.0.diff and see now that if logging remote command on Zabbix Agent then it is seen to execute almost immediately within second
