Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Reports -> Availability report (A)
2. A: Click on "Filter" tab
3. Open another tab to Reports -> Availability report (B)
4. B: Click on Time tab (where the time selector is located)
5. A: Click "Apply"

Result:
Selected tab in A is changed to Time tab

Expected:
Selected tab is not changed -> "Filter" should be selected
