AlmaLinux 10 causes missing Japanese fonts (el10 font-package issue)

      On AlmaLinux 10, NotoSansCJK-Regular.ttc is no longer provided.
      As a result, Zabbix Web cannot load Japanese fonts and shows missing with graphs

      zabbix-web-japanese-7.0.18-release1.el10.noarch

# ls -la /etc/alternatives | grep font
