Hello,

while working with Zabbix 7.0 it was discovered that every time when preprocessing fails on any item within Zabbix, it automatically creates new internal event,

Due to this fact, if there is auto-registration of for example 10000 active agents, if any of item preprocessing fails, there would be a massive number of new events generated,
Configuring "discard value" on preprocessing helps, but it's not always possible to use,

Is it possible to limit/disable creating internal events by preprocessing?

to reproduce,

1. before doing anything, either prepare 7.0LTS system, or on ready system check number of rows in events table,
2. create 10 hosts with 10 items with not working preprocessing,
3. check number of rows in events table
