This is just for remind you of ZBX-8442 - this problem is still exists in 7.0!

But in this case problem is in this:

I'm have user with only problem message template. This user does not have problem recovery or update templates.

When problem occurred all works fine, but this user is API user and update this event via API (add comment).

In feature if this problem resolved or updated via another user I'm got error in log "No message defined for media type.".

As i think this is wrong behavior.
