Question about field <FLAGS> of the protocol header

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Capture the pcap file when server is communicating with a proxy.
      2. Find that the field <FLAGS> in the header equal 0x03 which is not mentioned in the documentation.
      3. 192.168.88.134 is the server and 135 is a proxy.
